Do we have a camera on the moon yet streaming photos of Earth?
Does anyone know the name of the heroic cameraman we left there back in '69 to film the lunar module separation?
there is a japanese agency that take live time pictures of earth
oh! cool. From the lunar surface?
Got a link?
it would make sense as it would be way easier to take sharp images, esp with zoom, if the camera were fixed on the lunar surface vs traveling at 7km/s
oh. dang. I already know this one.
it's not on the lunar surface.
and it's a multi-spectra imaging system.
spectral imaging
this should be easy right?
we landed there in '69....even brought a dune buggy and golf clubs around '71
we put rovers on Mars with nice cameras!
only one side of moon is facing us.
this should be a no-brainer by 2019
nearly a go-fund me level project by now
the moon should be one destination option in Travelocity
yet....it seems we still don't even have trips in "low earth orbit" yet....even for billionaires.
There is no point in filming the earth from the moon
yeah who would want to watch a livestream of the entire beautiful blue marble earth spinning in space.
stupid. boring. no interest from meteorologists...
or people looking for ufos, weather enthusiasts...
and who cares about how much better the image quality could be
given the camera doesnt have to fly at 7km/s
you're right. how dumb.
let's just spend all day on the ISS livestream watching a high altitude aircraft view of a portion of Earth
and probably way too difficult anyway. I mean.....it's so much easier to put remote control rovers with cameras on Mars.....than even a fixed camera on the moon
It's much easier to film with a satellite, and it's closer.
so
are the nasa shots fake?
i know the natzis made it to the moon but ive never understood how it orbits without hitting the edge
You tell me
nobody and nothing has landed on the moon
it's impossible
but the germans made it
so how did they
no they didn't
yeah they did
ok
