@IXI again mate my family has always been working class but have lived in the country so we always have had plenty of exercise and a decently balanced diet, admitably most of my family does occasionally drink but i have yet to touch any alchohol and i am also on the autism spectrum as well as dyslexic, it is no where near unheard of that a genetic lineage can carry a mental illness in fact according to my knowledge its fairly common
