Polaris doesn’t move if that picture was taken in the north
yet we're barreling in 7 directions at once supposedly
It’s is directly above the North Pole, meaning if you got to 90 degrees north, it is straight up
Meaning it wouldn’t move
imagine what the stars look like if you add just one more rotation
how do they look when you roll down a hill?
but you're supposed to believe you're going in 7 directions at once
w/ perfect concentric star trails in the sky
Where do you get the 7 directions from?
rotation, revoluion around sun, sun revolution around galaxy and so on
The sun doesn’t move that much
got bored, found curvature formula up to 3rd order terms
oof
The sun is mostly stationary
just realized last sign before 3rd order term should be a plus
makes sense though, for small D its essentially r - D
since curve isnt tht big
the sun travels at 514,000 mph around the 'galactic center' @Batcon
according to your ball world
Now tell me how big your thousands of years compare to that
wow big numbers
Humans have only been around for about 200,000-300,000 years
And studying the starts less then that
So the amount of movement we would have seen would be minimal
you still believe their numbers?
remember the NASA people on strings and in the pool?
they're not really going for truth
Ah back to conspiracy theories
That gif is so wrong
well you saw it yourself
And it hurts to see it
it is wrong, just a simplified version
Because it completely leaves out eclipses
checc this out
we go 1000s of miles out of the way instead of taking a straight shot... hmmm seems like a waste of fuel, no?
how did you guys get that 'good up to 5k miles' thing lol
