Depends.. I don’t think you can really master something if you haven’t played it.

Unless you’re talking about natural talent... I think you need to experience the game to master it.

i mean,, lets say i watch someone else playing a game 24/7..

then, when i play it myself suddenly i know exactly what to do

You can learn about the game and the smart and bad moves but I don't think you could master it

because i've studied a previous like expert player and now it'll take me quicker to master it maybe that's what i mean

Watching people play games is easier than playing it yourself.
