watches cant be adjusted

you either get it serviced or keep track of the torqur based on where you wind it to

Just use your phone as a watch

you could use a remontoire to keep the torque constant but then you cant adjust the torque based on winding

i have the idea of rotating tje remontoire spring with a screw or wheel amon the back of the watch

adjusting the constant torque

Build a system where satalites that also give your phone the ability to locate itself on the earth. But they also make sure your phone always runs at the right time

some wrist watches already do that

It winds up a spring that runs a generator to run the crystal
