What day is the sabbath day what day should i not work ?

Im really confused people say its Saturday then some say Sunday

Sabbath is on saturday

Well technically its on the 7th day

Sabah in arabic is 7 so "Sabbath" means around the same thing

Sunday is more of a day of starting work or getting ready for the day afterwards which is monday.

But really the choice is yours on what day to rest.

Ill choose sunday to rest then but i feel like i should choose saturday

Keep in mind protestants choose saturday for rest and other people like catholitc choose sunday and all that.

Well, to say, it started with Maarten Luther criticizing the Roman Catholic church, criticizing it for it's sinful ways, materialism for instance, which led to Lutheranism, a sober following of God and the Christian Bible, which led to new practices all part of Protestantism

Actually this just goes for Christianity in general

The fact people are saying "gays can be Christians or people that are lgbtq can be christian" removes the identity that the church once was
