It's all the more interesting, too, that his stuff was written before Spengler, or any of the others who would later warn of impending decline. It's like he had a sixth sense...
Kipling lived in India for quite some time - it probably provided him perspective on race, culture and class unique for his time period.
True, not the mention exposure to the idea of the Kali Yuga and whatnot...

We need to have a separate and distinct term for beleaguered White populations coming here, just like the Jews differentiate between non-Jewish immigration (i.e. on temporary work and study visas) and aliyah.
