That missle that was fired in Puget Sound seems highly unlikely coming from an enemy sub in those waters. Bangor, Wash is home of NUWES nuclear submarine base and Whidbey island NAS across the Sound...I just don't see how an enemy could gain access to those waters undetected let alone fire a missle
