@MooseyFate PG&E is a state regulated monopoly, so fining them into bankruptcy is the solution, I get it. They will be fined again in banckrupty and who will take it over? The State is substantially complicit.

@Ron Ward they'll create a coop or another private monopoly out of bankruptcy owing to the state. The state will say who gets to be the owners...not necessary run by the state...but in socalist cali they very well could.
