i havent played the sp yet, but i wouldnt be surprised if there is some context missing

looking at the cutscene it doesnt seem like its trying to blame the russians for what happened in iraq, it ultimately seems more like they wanted people to look into it, and in the context of the campaign, it looks liek a local term

DICE is in Sweden and the Swedish government give them HUGE subsidies and tax brakes for staying there
