My eye doctor showed me that gun last time I had an appointment with him, put it wasn't team usa

2019-04-12 23:48:23 UTC

But it was a silver and black Ruger mk IV

2019-04-12 23:48:32 UTC
2019-04-12 23:49:49 UTC

He also showed me his Glock 19 but that wasn't nearly as interesting

2019-04-12 23:49:57 UTC

Real good target guns

2019-04-12 23:50:29 UTC

Not sure why he'd have a target gun at the office though

2019-04-12 23:50:38 UTC

The Glock make sense

2019-04-12 23:50:50 UTC

But not the Ruger

2019-04-12 23:50:57 UTC

The target gun wouldnt be the best self defense, but hey🤷 😂

2019-04-12 23:51:20 UTC

.380 minimum is my general self defense rule

2019-04-12 23:51:37 UTC

He let me hold it, suprisingly good weight to it

2019-04-12 23:54:20 UTC

I have a 9mm compact glock, a .40 glock 22, and a .45 compact Springfield XD...not including all my revolvers and other pistols...and When I take the .45 to the range, instead of my ranch I always get shit from 9mm fanatics, that woulnt leave me alone about how the 9mm is just as capable as the .45

2019-04-12 23:54:47 UTC

Like I have yet to not be bothered about having a .45 in a modern compact

2019-04-12 23:55:35 UTC

See I prefer 9mm cause ammo capacity and I always get harassed about "muh stopping power"

2019-04-12 23:56:00 UTC

They're both great calibers, it's just personal choice

2019-04-12 23:56:48 UTC

See, we deal with the opposite...but IRONICALLY I've had the same over my 9mm glock aswell

2019-04-12 23:57:41 UTC

I've got asked why I'm using a revolver .38 once...and I was like "dude, this isnt my self defense gun, this is an 80 year old police pistol"

2019-04-12 23:57:57 UTC

People are fucking fanatics at those in door gun clubs

2019-04-12 23:58:23 UTC

They want to be in everyone elses business and explain why they're wrong

2019-04-12 23:58:55 UTC

I only go cause its 5 minutes away vs. My ranch being 45

2019-04-12 23:59:14 UTC

Lol my range is mostly chill a few fanatics but not too many, plus the RSOs always say "I don't get payed to play ATF"

2019-04-12 23:59:37 UTC

There's one who says no rapid fire, but he's rarely there

2019-04-12 23:59:42 UTC

Most of the ranges around here are...But the close one that's indoor, everyone thinks there an expert

2019-04-13 00:00:02 UTC

And I'm in California so you'd expect the RSOs to be fudds but they're suprisingly not

2019-04-13 00:00:42 UTC

I'm tempted to go in with this and call them all Pussies, that cant handle recoil, and tell em I dont need high capacity

2019-04-13 00:00:47 UTC

Just to fuck with em

2019-04-13 00:01:00 UTC

I dont even think .44 mag is allowed😂

2019-04-13 00:01:02 UTC

Damn that's a sexy revolver

2019-04-13 00:01:13 UTC

I need a .454 or .460<:SadPepe:533197466733117440>

2019-04-13 00:01:27 UTC

That's a big iron

2019-04-13 00:01:40 UTC

But the .44 will drop a bear, so whatever...even tho I'm in central Texas, not bear country

2019-04-13 00:01:58 UTC

They only care what caliber we use if we use their reactive steel targets

2019-04-13 00:02:18 UTC

If we use our own or use paper they don't care

2019-04-13 00:02:27 UTC

It's also outdoor

2019-04-13 00:03:26 UTC

RSOs don't even go to the private bays, so if you rent one of them you can do whatever
