You can do a fake knee surgery and the person wouldnt know that you didnt do the thing. You can't do a fake genital reassignment surgery without someone realizing they still have their genitals.

I mean I have to agree with Tero here. It's Medieval. Like leaches. There is one treatment we are allowed to use and we do not compare it to other methods because doing so is verboten. In gender re-assignment or in leaches it's the same anti-scientific approach.

This is not to say I do not think you have the right to do whatever the fuck you want with your body. If you want to invest in any sort of cosmetic surgery or drug use that is your right. The medical endorsement of it is what I object to.
