How though?

2019-05-03 00:48:05 UTC

Really

2019-05-03 00:48:06 UTC

Military

2019-05-03 00:48:13 UTC

🤦🏻

2019-05-03 00:48:34 UTC

Unless you’re suggesting having nukes be a provider issued thing

2019-05-03 00:48:40 UTC

Which I’m not sure is a good idea

2019-05-03 00:48:41 UTC

Yes

2019-05-03 00:48:49 UTC

@Joe_Limon Nice :3

2019-05-03 00:48:49 UTC

Because if they get into it with a foreign superpower

2019-05-03 00:48:55 UTC

Then everyone dies

2019-05-03 00:49:13 UTC

Not just the people who decided they really don’t like Russia

2019-05-03 00:49:28 UTC

I'm waiting for Junker's ball boy to finish typing lol

2019-05-03 00:49:39 UTC

And if not everyone, then at least everyone remotely near the people who decided they don’t like Russia

2019-05-03 00:50:37 UTC

Hmm, my internet appears to be horned

2019-05-03 00:50:40 UTC

Horked*

2019-05-03 00:50:45 UTC

Yes, things get murky at this level, tbh.

*Traditionally*, a land invasion under a voluntaryist society would be very difficult. 'Red Dawn' would be pretty hard to accomplish lol

2019-05-03 00:50:47 UTC

Or no one is saying anything

2019-05-03 00:50:55 UTC

Why?

2019-05-03 00:51:01 UTC

Would it be difficult

2019-05-03 00:51:02 UTC

@Antiboom the indian tribes were by no means anarcho capitalist, or anarchic. they had an established and homogeneous system of governance along tribal hereditary lines with a singular head, or a group of wise men as the leaders, with laws and traditions to follow. Private property was pretty much minimal as it was all shared and produce was made for the collective.

2019-05-03 00:51:25 UTC

I don't see how that has anything to do with what he was saying

2019-05-03 00:51:33 UTC

@Capitán Alatriste okay, but I meant no central government or records to take over

2019-05-03 00:51:38 UTC

Yeah

2019-05-03 00:51:41 UTC

What he said

2019-05-03 00:52:36 UTC

I mean can we go back to the tribe system of running shut since that worked so well

2019-05-03 00:52:49 UTC

Honestly we could make our own tribe 🤔

2019-05-03 00:52:58 UTC

@Antiboom Well, the shitposters just moved here, so oh well

2019-05-03 00:53:02 UTC

Indian tribes were very primitive and did not reach the levels of wealth accumulation that were are result of settlement and intensive agriculture. And because of the nomadic lifestyle, or small scale villages, there was no real need for a written language, hence no records other than those passed on orally

2019-05-03 00:53:10 UTC

@SomeUser27 Keep your shitposting in <#372507611284766722> please

2019-05-03 00:53:35 UTC

@Capitán Alatriste you’re not making any more of an argument for why it would be more desirable to take them over than an ancap civilization

2019-05-03 00:53:36 UTC

In fact

2019-05-03 00:53:44 UTC

You literally just strengthened my argument

2019-05-03 00:53:45 UTC

I can be constructive in conversation but last time you bitched me out for it

2019-05-03 00:54:00 UTC

Did you even bother reading what I said before trying to disagree with it

2019-05-03 00:54:03 UTC

You are literally shitposting lol

2019-05-03 00:55:02 UTC

@Antiboom He made mine better.

In a voluntaryist society, defense organizations would be common place and plentiful, with lots of competition.

Like, twice to three times out current armed forces population, and distributed evenly throughout

2019-05-03 00:55:55 UTC

Okay, evenly distributed

2019-05-03 00:55:58 UTC

@Antiboom No matter where a foreign military invaded, they'd be met with a lot of force immediately

2019-05-03 00:56:04 UTC

None all coming to bear at once

2019-05-03 00:56:15 UTC

Going back to the Indian tribe argument, it’s still similar

2019-05-03 00:56:16 UTC

Defense contracts, and networks would probably bring in outside companies
