i've been thinking. the mass immigration in the UK and the EU expanding all happened around the 90's, and it seemed to be around then that all the "racism bad, immgiration moral" started appearing from the universities

perhaps the politicians knew about the moral implications, but for them the economic purpose was too great, so they funded university funding into finding arguments that it's the moral thing to do?
