What's this Forge thing @gonejamin ?
Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be fuckin sick
cdproject doing religion is gonna be gay
Religion in witcher 3 was cringe
So could you be a Cybernetic Crusader?
<:Deus_Think:505447701589000192>
they're going to be evil or stupid
So like real life religions.

Srs tho how was religion in witcher 3 "cringe"
They were pretty fucking badass. Especially the ones that went rogue and just completely turned into bandits
Order of the Flaming Rose was dank af
Because witcher treats them and the fantasy setting the same way game of thrones does. It's blatantly obvious the preffered end game is where that fat mob boss takes over, and institutes a gay enlightenment style government.
Literally every single priest is evil
The townspeople with old traditions are stupid slaves
well the northerners do act like a bunch of sheep shagging yokels
The witcher isn't real

oh man so many fedora fags in the CP2077 article comments
They act like what they are written to act
Same with all the feminist characters
Beep boop npc line 1
It means he's a Hardline Calvinist @GeorgyBoyo
And the reletavist liberal power fantasy protagonist
Now THAT is cringe
All the main characters are whores
???
The oppressed elves are a combination of native americans, and epic science guys
I slaughtered every single one of them (order of the Flaming Rose) if they were commiting evil but at the end of the 3rd game i didn't come out thinking all the priests are fake/evil
Siegfried was a good guy
They preach good stuff sometimes
I didn't at all feel like things were ever Black and White
Name 2 examples and 1 of them has to be from a mandatory city/town
The Scoiateal were also evil
Again 1 Sigfried, he believes in the cause but he did not hurt innocents. Don't get me wrong most of the religious went nuts at the end but there were still a portion of them that was genuiely good. At the end of witcher 2 the brigade that's protecting the main gate to the city can let you go without wanting anything in return if you befriended Sigfried in the first game and showed him the "true light". They obv consider him to be a total badass and follow his orders even when he's not there.
Both the Scoia'teal and the Flaming Rose dudes were evil. But there were still good within them. Especially within certain individuals in those groups.
There are also a lot of characters or other groups that indirectly or directly help/support one of the two
The article says that the game doesn't tell you how to feel about the religious factions
What you find evil I might not
so it's like real life...
