politics in every country seems to be at crazy levels

I think it's because people live in a bubble. Most people really don't care that much, it's really just very vocal minority factions shouting at each other

This is why government needs to be small - so the individual can prosper

like if u look at registered voters

u can tell that the majority are pretty sane

and reasonable ppl

part of being on the internet is finding ways to avoid political garbage so you can find stuff that is just entertaining without having to hear some 'profound message'

most people are actually social democrats by ideology too, but they don't agree on a lot of specifics

they are socially liberal

but fiscally conservative

my wife and i would fall under that premise

not necessarily fiscal conservatives either. They're perfectly fine with government spending, just not "wasteful" spending

to most people, this is subjective

defining and fixing wasteful spending is the real problem

some people see the military as a waste, others see social programs as so

i want home econ bak in middle school

just like anything people have their own version of what the thing they dont like is and can't wholly agree on what to do

this is the real crux of the debate

need to teach them young

is that i feel like

ppl are fking lazy

some would want basic gun handling in highschools

they don't step up the plate
