@Banks=Gay i forget the name for the 20s conservative movement. Buchanan is a cold war conservative, so anti communist, not much of a war hawk (chicken hawk).

It doesnt really have a name. Its usually marked by President Taft (1908) then dieing with Senator Taft (1952) (funnally enough) and the rise of Goldwater style hawkish conservatives.
