APHE can overpen at higher tiers, especially against lightly armored tanks

some at lower tiers can too

that's from the american tiger i think, but anyway. those apcs have really easy armors so kinetic penetrators just fly past

in the walker bulldog, APDS doesn't do much, but if you shoot them in the back through the engine the spalling does a lot

alrighty, that's pretty nice too if different modules carry different penetration details
