Old stuff could run incredibly complex code for the time because they put hard work into it
they werent just optimized they were compartmentalized
They just weren't written in javascript
But now days they just make a shitty port that lags on incredibly superior hardware
the consoles were only optimized in terms of hardware implementation

@M4Gunner I'm not proud, I'm just saying that console exist only because of shady tactics like exclusives and actively making the game bad on pc, which are all very anti consumer because it's artificially making you pay more for less

I have no problems with it except when they make things shitty for me too. I don't care if you want to play a game at 30fps and 1080p and Still lag on console. But if the game on pc costs the same but looks just as bad, it's a scam because no on can play it with good looks (except that it's enough to edit a single txt file to unlock 60fps and 4k. For some reason developers didn't know)
