and what i can find on a glance is between 26 to 35$
Well, they naturally work more than 40 hours a week
But I don't think there is much difference between 40 and 70 hours of work a week
The second one is marginally more difficult, but pays massively more
well with a 70 hour week they would make 120k annually at 35$/hour
i would say however that that grind is better spent elsewhere unless there is an immediate monetary issue
How?
for example you could learn for becoming a master craftsman
not sure how easy it is in the us, but here you need to know your shit for any kind of profession that offers it
Master plumbers learn most of their stuff on the job, so working 70 hour weeks would actually help that.
Only to a certain degree, if the exam isnt just a a joke(which it might be idk), it will give you problems that you dont encounter on the job or are extremely rare
nvm the theory part
It doesn't take 30 hours a week, 5 years in the row, to pass some fucking plumber exam
Point is; if you are 25 years old, have all the required certifications, why would you work 40 hours a week if you can work 70?
well, its not as simple as "just a fucking exam" but the main take away is to make your time more valuable
instead of grinding forever
Well, the next step is a plumbing-related company
I am talking about any rando from 4chan though
A wage normie
In Norway you can take a trade exam if you work in the trade for 5+ year without a education or after 2 years with education
Not far from the truth as we are having a shortage of them and they knows it
Point is, I feel that any man who is older than 24 years, doesn't make 6 figures and has succesfully completed high school, is a fucking pathetic loser
So most plumbers in the us
If you have a family, then it's different tho
Yea the job are out there for people that want to get dirty
But if you are unmarried, there is nothing preventing you from working 100 hours a week
Your health is probably going to prevent that lol
i would say that is the exct reason why you wouldnt do it
You are not doing some brutal mental labor or hauling coal wagons
that depends
Why does an unmarried person need to make 6 figures and work 100 hours a week lmao
plumbing doesnt just mean going to peoples homes and fixing their boiler
Because that's pretty much a baseline
Plumbing is brutal on your knees
100 hours per week of anything is brutal
^
If you don't have a wife and kids to care about, you don't need free time
Take care of your knees. It sucks when they are fucked
If you dont have any spare time you wont have a wife
unless you order one
