Prevously I've had 33g of protein after a workout plus whatever I ate that day, so if i really want to make gains I should be measuring out to say 249g a day or 249g on the days I workout?
@Voodoo but I think that 1.5g is good start... ALSO... do something for 2 weeks measure body fat and weight and repeat or modify... also.. dont go too crazy on mass gainers.. try really hard to stay on a consistent 249 a day for two weeks.

thats awesome.... there is this company called divine nutrition that is expensive but amazing. also... egg white crystals are pretty good.. you don't want to eat the same protein source too many months in a row like that.. also you'll end up hating it
