if irc the bolts went through the board and connected to an x brace on the back, no the cpu socket keeps it in place, its basically the same as intel but the pins are on the cpu not in the socket
its disgusting, there are 2 people I've met irl on here that don't chat anymore, and every day I think what if they're reading what I'm typing and it gives me this sick uneasy feeling
lol
well
i'll figure it out it can't be difficult
some people talk about overtensioning
yea dude you dont sound retarded lol
that's what i'm concerned about
also remember when i bought all my shit the technology was new so shit was a bit wierd
just dont over tighten it m8
keep tightening, but not too tight
yea you want heat transfer but not to break the board or socket
and like the first bolt, don't over tighten it, then start on another and same with that one, just go around tightening them all little by little
god never intended for heatsinks to be mounted like this
trust me itd take an autistic retarded fuck to over tighten lol
Boomer transfer
bro i'm so fucking hyped about this pc
Tbh u can't overtight heatsink
It just won't let you do it
ive never installed an aftermarket cooler on intel just stock so im not sure the diff
@Alchemeister you have thermal paste yea?
well of course lol
It's not like they are suposed to have exactly the same mounts like stock one
which brand and type @Alchemeister ?
idk i think arctic silver diamond on rn
or something like that
