that would be next to impossible, they will take down links if it breaks TOS or law but they have so much content uploaded every second it would be literally impossible to monitor it all

youtube is a multi-million dollar company and even though they have top notch AI scanning videos they still have a pretty sizeable pedo problem

mega is a lot smaller than youtube

this also falls into the privacy category but thats a whole other can of worms
