AP/Berlin; 33 year old Johannes DONAUWÖRTH was taken into custody at his workplace today after German Federal police investigated the illegal publication on a social media site of a criminal act perpetrated by an North African immigrant in Germany. Oberstleutnant Hans Hephftuer told reporters that the publication of media that causes incitement against vulnerable populations is illegal according to EU and German law and the perpetrator will be prosecuted accordingly. The video depicts a foreign born youth damaging several vehicles in a parking lot. According to German police the video has led to a number of racist anti-immigrant posts on several social media sites and all of these posts are also under investigation. The computers of Johannes DONAUWÖRTH have been confiscated from both his home and workplace. His employer declined to comment to reporters after the arrest.
