bowel type cancers aren't so bad, they wedge between the bowels sometimes or they cut the bowels out affected
and it doesn't hit organs or whatever to spread to rest of body I think

problem is the cancer spreads so much that just removing the original site isn't enough
they hide out elsewhere, then come back, and I think when they remove cancer and those cells hiding out are left, they somehow spread
to other parts more easier
