You just need to process the resources we have without human workforce.

Well, 10% have no hope to be employed anywhere. You can't find any job for them to have a positive return. If you tell them to sweep the streets, they will stab themselves with a sweeper.
This doesn't include people so dumb you can't relate to them, who can theoretically function.

Biology has plenty of weird worms that change their sex, lefties try to disconnect "woman" from "female" and they have decent reasons for doing so. So I draw the line at compelled speech.
It's actually vice versa. Racism and sexism is pattern recognition. But it's more difficult to jab capitalism with this headline and can send the wrong message.

It's pretty easy. You find a group you were isolated from and instinctively learn patterns about them. Hunan pattern recognition is tweaked to learn on the dangerous and otherwise negative stuff. To protect you from snakes, illnesses, predators.
So you learn that three black people killed or raped someone while ignoring all neutral or good ones.
Your brain learns the pattern, you go to the interwebs with your confirmation bias and everything adds up!
