I have no idea how to tell you this, if that machine is the fixed function stimulation apparatus it appears to be it will be useless for brainwashing.

To make a brain washing apparatus you would either have to build a reconfigurable machine that be used for lots of things, which that doesn't seem to be, or build a separate machine.

And even then, that machine won't do anything on its own, you actually have to expose them to the stimuli while they are directly under its influence.
