That's fair enough @Fluclox . Not everyone has the same experience, but a lot of guys talk about how people get suspicious about them being around their own children. Male teachers especially seem suspect, and so on. I don't think we all have the same set of issues - and that's fine.

Were yall Pe teachers fair

i remember mine used to give higher grades to girls

I had three types of PE teachers

1) Men who also coached sports' teams. Massive assholes who gave zero thought to the effort the less physically abled did, they graded you based on your prowess.
2) A drunk man who was so tired of all that he gave everyone high grades lmao
3) Women. They were way more dynamic, gave fairer grades and except for one experience, were much better teachers.

This is my experience.

Trends generally show that teachers show a bias toward giving girls higher marks than boys. And that female teachers are more likely to exhibit this trait (if I remember correctly). I dont think I've seen a study that specifically compares marks in physical education however, but I do know that due to sex differences girls are held to lower physical standards than boys are. Of course all situations are subjective, so a person's personal experience may differ from these trends.

1) I did not grow up in an anglo culture

2) I am 26

I can try and find some sources later on, bit of a bad time atm though. I may be mistaken so I don't stand by that particular part, the part I know for sure is that grading is primarily biased to give girls an advantage in general

@Locke That may be why then. Over in 'Western' culture this seems increasing common.
