Because we have guns

2021-01-20 02:26:35 UTC

You're just too American to know the situation of other nations

2021-01-20 02:27:00 UTC

The only cool gun in canada is sig550

2021-01-20 02:29:49 UTC

Oh we have many rifles you can't get

2021-01-20 02:29:58 UTC

Have fun with your trash

2021-01-20 02:30:50 UTC

Ya but thats the only cool one

2021-01-20 02:31:08 UTC

I wish i had a sig550

2021-01-20 02:31:43 UTC

MFW no AR15 but AR10

2021-01-20 02:43:23 UTC

@Bourbon in Gift Wrap honestly y'all can get some really neat stuff that's a pain in the butt to get here, but I admit the restricted vs non restricted confuses me that I'd be hesitant to do anything there without extensive research

2021-01-20 02:43:27 UTC

AR-14

2021-01-20 02:44:46 UTC

AK-15<:YouKnowTheThing:723005092764319776>

2021-01-20 02:45:53 UTC

@Chandler it's quite simple. Non-restricted means you need a PAL. Restricted means you need a restricted license which isn't hard to get. Anyone who owns a modern pistol in Canada has a restricted license.

2021-01-20 02:46:40 UTC

Ahhhh, I see. I've heard intresting things regarding modifying restricted firearms. Are there any regulations regarding that?

2021-01-20 02:47:03 UTC

That's more provincal and municipal

2021-01-20 02:47:42 UTC

It broke the very day I was going to hunt with it.

2021-01-20 02:47:55 UTC

I see. So by that you mean what would be similar to me as how different states handle things

2021-01-20 02:48:02 UTC

Big oof

2021-01-20 02:48:29 UTC

Well you have to remember that Canada is a confederation

2021-01-20 02:48:38 UTC

Not a single nation technically.

2021-01-20 02:48:56 UTC

I see. I actually wasn't really aware of that

2021-01-20 02:49:13 UTC

That's why provinces talk about leaving

2021-01-20 02:49:21 UTC

They can therotically

2021-01-20 02:51:20 UTC

Like Alberta contributed the most to the Canadian economy of any province so if we wanted to we could leave. We wouldn't even have to pay for the federally built infrastructure if we started calling in our debt. Quebec on the other hand is in debt to every other province and gets the most federal support of any province; so they would have to pay off of the debt and cost of the infrastructure to leave.

2021-01-20 02:52:05 UTC

At least we have more than 5 rounds to spare

2021-01-20 02:52:05 UTC

Huh, I see. The concept is foreign to me but I can see how it would work

2021-01-20 02:52:58 UTC

Kyle, technically it's just a pinned magazine. In a world ending situation that's a drill bit problem solved. Not saying that they SHOULD do it. But they can. TECHNICALLY.

2021-01-20 02:56:20 UTC

We don't need a drill bit

2021-01-20 02:56:24 UTC

Just remove the pin

2021-01-20 02:57:42 UTC

Spent $1,200 on an M1 Garand at auction.

My family cannot acquire a gun until a few months. I'm scared

2021-01-20 03:00:36 UTC

Huh

2021-01-20 03:00:57 UTC

money well spent

2021-01-20 03:01:03 UTC

2021-01-20 03:02:42 UTC

I live in a Blue state. My dad has been trying to get a gun since June/July. Its January of the next year and still no gun

2021-01-20 03:21:16 UTC

I've been looking into an a garand and a 30-30 lever gun of some sort. My most recent acquisition is an old small ring mauser.

2021-01-20 03:26:05 UTC

@CyberSpacePirate I just ordered a SIG 550

2021-01-20 03:26:31 UTC

Damn, just gonna rub that salt in aye?

2021-01-20 03:29:32 UTC
