you need a permit to drive a formula car on the road
i believe for most tanks you do need a permit to drive them on the road, however some of them are light enough that their treads wont tear up the road
and depending on the tank still, you can only drive it during stuff like parades, not general use
tho the Scorpion still requires a permit i believe to be driven on the road
