We don't have anything in existence that can be as strong as the Cheif's armor.
It would be heavy as fuck and the ventilation and over exertion would be a big problem
In universe it weighs like 700 pounds.

That and there are the motor thingies(I don’t remember what they’re called) that essentially amplify his movements by a metric shit ton
Hence why the specific version chief wears only works for augmented Spartans, and it proceeded to pulverize the bones of any Marine that was testing the armor
