about that idea I had to suppress a cheapo air rifle. My concern with all the cheaper guns was that they use a thin inner barrel with an outer barrel shroud to stabilize everything. These outer barrels are usually very thin, so threading them is a no-go. Finally found something to get around this, and it essentially consists of sliding a piece of plastic over the barrel shroud, and then securing it with glue or a screw. This piece of plastic enabled you to thread on a suppressor. The guy in this vid purchased one of these plastic adapters, but maybe I could make my own out of wood or block of plastic. Idk, might not be super accurate, but worth a try I think xD
