I hate garlic but I've eaten more of it than probably any human should. Also haven't gotten the flu since I stopped taking the flu shot a decade ago. Have gotten sick every once in a while, but never to the extent I used to. I do suffer from other things though

Also, if crap hits the fan and citrus fruits are unavailable, it's possible to make tea from pine needles that is high in vitamin C.

I still am not taking the vaccine for the fact that if it works and my grandparents take it, then guess what they should be good

plenty of herbal alternatives to vit-c and other vitamins and minerals

a vaccine works if the person who gets it, cant carry the disease or give it to anyone because they cant carry it, this vaccine still tells people that you have to take all the precautions you took before and still do them all

I'm not getting it, and that's my personal choice. If I visit someone vulnerable I'll take a lysol bath beforehand.

Plus, herd immunity is a thing. If people take care of their immune systems and develop immunity, that in and of itself will protect the vulnerable.

technically, we've already reached herd immunity, which is why they are now saying there are new more contagious strains,(i dont believe there are) that no-one is immune to

herd immunity works 2 ways ...it re-enforces both the positive clear thinking ppl from ridicule but it also provides herd immunity to the negative thinking ppl that refuse to accept reason(some are just too stubborn to learn, because they got 'educated')
