That happens in the curent sistem

2021-01-17 17:50:25 UTC

Depends on management

2021-01-17 17:50:52 UTC

Well it varies by 10% depending on managment

2021-01-17 17:50:53 UTC

You can't hope everyone to be moral ofc, but some people still believe in meritocracy

2021-01-17 17:51:21 UTC

Not to mention, that not every "cook" can make the same dish taste the same ...even when given the same ingredients. Some "cooks" cook better.

2021-01-17 17:51:34 UTC

Yes I agree

2021-01-17 17:51:56 UTC

I just say the CEO shouldn't take the money of the cook that made the dish

2021-01-17 17:52:16 UTC

But he employed him, and at one point HE was the cook...

2021-01-17 17:52:38 UTC

He doesn't work and gets paid for not working

2021-01-17 17:53:00 UTC

So you shouldn't have benefits after a life of hard work?

2021-01-17 17:53:04 UTC

Wouldn't that kill incentive to make the business model and thus leaving everyone worse off and jobless? ๐Ÿค”

2021-01-17 17:53:21 UTC

Doesnโ€™t work? You ... donโ€™t know what CEOs do, do you?

2021-01-17 17:53:29 UTC

Nope

2021-01-17 17:53:34 UTC

He doesn't

2021-01-17 17:54:11 UTC

I dont understand what you mean by that, I make food and I get paid for it , I dont want someone to tax me for using "their stuff"

2021-01-17 17:54:38 UTC

Then make your own business lmao

2021-01-17 17:54:51 UTC

U gotta reward the ceo for putting all those factors of production into a good product.

2021-01-17 17:55:18 UTC

Do you think that CEOs just twiddle their thumbs in their offices? Do you think that the Board of Directors just likes throwing money at a random guy to do nothing?

2021-01-17 17:55:22 UTC

Well multinationals put presion on small businesses destroying them, small business should be protected in some way

2021-01-17 17:55:28 UTC

Hi

2021-01-17 17:56:00 UTC

Whatโ€™s the best way to get of Facebook get banned or delete my account ?

2021-01-17 17:56:18 UTC

Do you belive Jef Bezos or Bill gates work so hard they deserve more money that they could ever spend ?

2021-01-17 17:56:22 UTC

Yes I agree to that but nothing else that you said made sense, still, the state shouldn't mess too much with the economy

2021-01-17 17:56:42 UTC

Those "multinationals" were a "mom and pop" business at one time. Some of our greatest products came from someone's garage once.

2021-01-17 17:57:02 UTC

True

2021-01-17 17:57:19 UTC

It is sad that they are a bunch of authoritarian s tho

2021-01-17 17:57:22 UTC

I dont want the state to get involved, I want automatization and for the workers to be educated to know how to not be taken advantage of

2021-01-17 17:57:33 UTC

Solidarity amoungst the workers

2021-01-17 17:57:52 UTC

The workers ain't saints tho

2021-01-17 17:58:14 UTC

They'll grab an advantage that gives them power, like Moyano here in Argentina

2021-01-17 17:58:21 UTC

Yes but the CEO or landlord doesn't deserve to live of other peoples work

2021-01-17 17:58:41 UTC

Or the leader of the Teachers Syndicate, dude never taught, still gets paid

2021-01-17 17:59:21 UTC

But those people live thanks to him too... It's a process... Like a big wheel

2021-01-17 17:59:30 UTC

I want an economic build from bottom up were the worker are the priority not syndicate leaders or leader of any kind

2021-01-17 17:59:44 UTC

Aight

2021-01-17 18:00:08 UTC

Set up a restaurant like this, if it doesn't go under in a year, I'll pledge to you

2021-01-17 18:00:49 UTC

Oof, you chose the hardest business to make succeed

2021-01-17 18:01:01 UTC

Hey it's his example

2021-01-17 18:01:09 UTC

He said "restaurant"

2021-01-17 18:01:11 UTC

It was just an example

2021-01-17 18:01:11 UTC

Workers also make a living off the capital they provide. Look at it as a mutual symbiosis. Each are incentivised to do better. If u kill incentive, we all are worse off, no jobs, no good products. We all lose.
