That happens in the curent sistem
Depends on management
Well it varies by 10% depending on managment
You can't hope everyone to be moral ofc, but some people still believe in meritocracy
Not to mention, that not every "cook" can make the same dish taste the same ...even when given the same ingredients. Some "cooks" cook better.
Yes I agree
I just say the CEO shouldn't take the money of the cook that made the dish
But he employed him, and at one point HE was the cook...
He doesn't work and gets paid for not working
So you shouldn't have benefits after a life of hard work?
Wouldn't that kill incentive to make the business model and thus leaving everyone worse off and jobless? ๐ค
Doesnโt work? You ... donโt know what CEOs do, do you?
Nope
He doesn't
I dont understand what you mean by that, I make food and I get paid for it , I dont want someone to tax me for using "their stuff"
Then make your own business lmao
U gotta reward the ceo for putting all those factors of production into a good product.
Do you think that CEOs just twiddle their thumbs in their offices? Do you think that the Board of Directors just likes throwing money at a random guy to do nothing?
Well multinationals put presion on small businesses destroying them, small business should be protected in some way
Hi
Do you belive Jef Bezos or Bill gates work so hard they deserve more money that they could ever spend ?
Yes I agree to that but nothing else that you said made sense, still, the state shouldn't mess too much with the economy
Those "multinationals" were a "mom and pop" business at one time. Some of our greatest products came from someone's garage once.
True
It is sad that they are a bunch of authoritarian s tho
I dont want the state to get involved, I want automatization and for the workers to be educated to know how to not be taken advantage of
Solidarity amoungst the workers
The workers ain't saints tho
They'll grab an advantage that gives them power, like Moyano here in Argentina
Yes but the CEO or landlord doesn't deserve to live of other peoples work
Or the leader of the Teachers Syndicate, dude never taught, still gets paid
But those people live thanks to him too... It's a process... Like a big wheel
I want an economic build from bottom up were the worker are the priority not syndicate leaders or leader of any kind
Aight
Set up a restaurant like this, if it doesn't go under in a year, I'll pledge to you
Oof, you chose the hardest business to make succeed
Hey it's his example
He said "restaurant"
It was just an example
Workers also make a living off the capital they provide. Look at it as a mutual symbiosis. Each are incentivised to do better. If u kill incentive, we all are worse off, no jobs, no good products. We all lose.
