I don't know how much you guys know about corporations and the laws surrounding upper management decision making and securing shareholder value
We'll see on the 25th for FB
but like
kabooyah
That's be the real test of how this affects their stock.
Looks like
Biden is also about to get targeted
Caman
Put that horny dog down
shareholders just have to show that you didn't make the best decisions for shareholder value
and management can be sued
possibly with criminal charges
white collar, but still
obviously kicking -literally the president- off your platform is stock price suicide
if I was a shareholder, I would be calling every lawyer in the universe asking who wants an easy win
Considering FB has been on a steady decline since election day, I have faith they're going to continue on down. But stocks as big as theirs can go either way with an action like this. Twitter however I expect it down to prices we saw before 2017. Trump made Twitter.
twitter kicking trump is like the city of seattle kicking amazon HQ
total suicide
Trump made twitter, and kept almost every single msm channel alive
MSM doesn't care about ratings
att wants to sell cnn
they are all owned by CIA and soros
the paper owners are irrelevanrt
irrelevent
Everyone keeps saying nurses make ticktock in hallways making it sound like there shitting or something🤦♂️
Well they ain't saving lives
Those things are contracted the .co must remain at specific stock value or share holders can take the $$ and run
idk what their specific situation is but I know you can't just tank the stock price with stupid decisions without legal consequences
Right...I think we have 2 ppl here who work I'm medical field I'd love to hear there take on it all...4 of my friends in field said they have been slightly higher but nothing like what's depicted
CEO and other executives have a legal obligation to protect the shareholder
Trump's YT channel got restored <:thinking:445724717450526731>

There is definitely civil action but it would be hard to get cryminal charges unless they did it on purpose not just being negligent.
ah as in deliberately making stock price go down in order to do like insider trading maybe?
Yah like that thing Jeff B did and made billions during pandemic
Not only that. Jeff Bozo monopolized services during the early months of the pandemic. They're the only ones able to go around through the lockdowns because they deliver groceries and shit, so they've been deemed essential.
"Regarding the Demo and Beltway talking heads’ questions about why the Capitol Police were unprepared, the answer is simple: The real reason Capitol Police were not prepared and the National Guard was not on standby is that everybody expected the Trump rally supporters to act like they always have — with civility and respect. What happened on the Capitol grounds Wednesday was unprecedented for a Trump rally." https://patriotpost.us/alexander/77001-the-systemic-redlining-of-1st-and-2nd-amendment-rights-2021-01-13?mailing_id=5576&utm_medium=email&utm_source=pp.email.5576&utm_campaign=alexander&utm_content=header.default
That's dumb. The reason they weren't prepared was because this isn't the usual mob that's been chanting "defund the police" and "acab" and burning shit along the way.
I can't believe people are actually falling for that 'impeach biden" bullshit
That's literally the plan all along and they're just having the republicans do it.
What we could do is gather for a protest pretending to be the left, cause damage and make calls for his impeachment
