under martial law people who are serving under 10 years are drafted into the army, those who serving over 10 years go for manual labour and those who are on death sentence is execution by firing squad
and yes i do thikn mandatory vaccinations would happen
but martial law would be bad for all would be the reverse Purge if yah get what i mean by that lol
