The rioters got into the federal reserve
No shit, eh?
The one in DC?
Yup
There’s nothing there, except a few thousand NPC mafia tax collector scumbags.
Let them burn that entire federal reserve building down.
Yeah but it’s the intent behind their actions, they broke into it hoping to rob America
Yeah, I could see that.
The looters are too stupid to know what they are doing.
I’m certain that they were doing it for George Floyd.
Ohhh yeahhhh
I’m sure
@bible whore 1 I saw some of the Chicago video last night it looked pretty strange
Like a huge standoff in a downtown intersection
Everyone just standing there
@AZ infidel Chicago is always like that, the African Americans, and Spanish groups don’t get along
The other thing that stood out is the police really didn't have any riot gear but looked more than ready to kick ass
I’m willing to bet they hit their breaking point
I know the cops are always on edge
Maybe they finally are tired of the shit
They just looked ready to brawl without any protective gear
I’m not doubting this at all
I wonder what’s going on
I just want to see some scumbag society-destroyer heads caved in.
Until a few skulls become concave, this shit won’t stop.
I thought of punking City of Phoenix government by calling Phoenix PD and the mayor's office to tell them that I am enforcing Arizona state law tonight by shooting any arsonists on sight
I like the sound of that, @AZ infidel.
Under ARS 13-411, Arizona Permits The Use of Force When Preventing the Commission of Certain Serious Crimes.
Arizona has specific self-defense laws that apply to preventing the commission of some serious crimes. In these limited scenarios, you can use a reasonable degree of physical force—even deadly force when it’s reasonably and immediately necessary. To apply, you must be in a place you are lawfully allowed to be. Also, you must reasonably believe that the level of force used is necessary to prevent the following specific crimes: armed robbery, aggravated assault, sex crimes, burglary, arson, kidnapping, manslaughter, murder, sexual conduct with a minor, and child molestation.
13-411. Justification; use of force in crime prevention; applicability
A. A person is justified in threatening or using both physical force and deadly physical force against another if and to the extent the person reasonably believes that physical force or deadly physical force is immediately necessary to prevent the other's commission of arson of an occupied structure under section 13-1704, burglary in the second or first degree under section 13-1507 or 13-1508, kidnapping under section 13-1304, manslaughter under section 13-1103, second or first degree murder under section 13-1104 or 13-1105, sexual conduct with a minor under section 13-1405, sexual assault under section 13-1406, child molestation under section 13-1410, armed robbery under section 13-1904 or aggravated assault under section 13-1204, subsection A, paragraphs 1 and 2.
B. There is no duty to retreat before threatening or using physical force or deadly physical force justified by subsection A of this section.
C. A person is presumed to be acting reasonably for the purposes of this section if the person is acting to prevent what the person reasonably believes is the imminent or actual commission of any of the offenses listed in subsection A of this section.
D. This section includes the use or threatened use of physical force or deadly physical force in a person's home, residence, place of business, land the person owns or leases, conveyance of any kind, or any other place in this state where a person has a right to be.
I love Arizona
Any person, any person, any person...
Seems pretty clear and concise to me.
Arizona has always been pretty good about that
I think stems from territorial days
I once came across a 1903 Arizona territory law book and it was like a do-it-yourself manual of how to run a government. Easy to read and understand
It was on Google Books
Everything from how to make an arrest to how to be a judge or a prosecutor
Naturally it was simple before the lawyers took over
After the reset, it needs to go back to simple, and the bottom-feeding lawyers need to be pushing up daisies.
Think AZ is talking to Succulents, Cactus, and wild xylophytes all day.
