Private and charter because it allows competition. And vouchers and refunds for parents who use private or charter.

Some parents cannot fund education for their children. And there isn't charter schools everywhere, so there is public schools with failing education systems.

So vouchers for parents who want to go private.
In Poland and Sweden, private schools forced public schools to improve since students were being shifted there.

The current "leaders" of the United States are too much of pussies to push anything like that

And since private schools are privately funded, assuming most people who would get the opportunity to receive a voucher, private schools will probably be overflowed with students who aren't paying to be in the school, which could rise tuition for those who are paying to attend

Here in Portugal we don't have vouchers for Healthcare, schools and so on because the left doesn't allow the government to do that
