Like most characters you have 2 options, and randoms around town you can't even enter speech

the dialogue options

the character customization

you really felt like you were the character

And the speech doesn't effect anything

No speech stat

Etc

You even have exclusive dialogue options if you have low intelligence

new vegas was made with passion and care
