ok, I got to say we must.... have straight forward morals that capture the splintering republicans, morals not too harsh to be able to be stomached by other parties and the current talk of militias would push people away.
I belive it is needed to be established and getting logistical capabilities in order. I believe using it as a means of force or fighting is not the best move at this moment. However a militia must be ready whenever called not start a militia when they are needed.
