it's a very nice idea... but unfortunately humans will be humans and I'm afraid it's a utopian way of thinking. Socialism unfortunately never works that way, people will always try and fend better for themselves. In every socialist country ever the government had to enforce said laws, and whenever the gov would back down the people would resort to capitalistic ways again because generally it's a better system. Not perfect, but better.
