Why wouldn't he? Before he wasn't quiet because we the people could still help him in the court cases, and he had to prove his point of view, which he has done now. I do not see any direct positive outcome out of making public statements right now, right now he has to work hard to complete his plan, whatever that may be, informing the public would just waste time, and seeing as how time is finite right now I can sort of understand why
