Anyway another cool fact about that aircraft, the bumps on the top are different antennas for broadcasting, and all the equipment inside is analog (except possibly navigation equipment in the cockpit)

This is why I think this has a part in red 5 since the speculation was that the us would somehow wipe all media off the air and this go’s with the blackout. Either blackout or just media blackout could occur. Since these aircraft have nationwide coverage they would be perfect for this since they can broadcast an EBS across the nation say: After an emp” so that why I think it would have something to do with this

The only way an Emp would be plausible the in situations being rumored would be one that is powerful enough to wipe off the msm’s broadcasting but one that ain’t strong enough to fry sensitive electronics or even better to disrupt their broadcasting in order to highjack it for your own sake. Which would be a rather precise Emp to be developed.
