The art style on the above is a bit odd, but can be appreciated. It brings out the detail in her skin coloration and gives texture to the way the artist has drawn her stockings over her skin... all inall it's pretty good

The crisp coloring on the above makes up for the artist's inexperience here. I like it.

The above is more artistic as it is very open to interpretation. The artist called it "star bath," though to me it just looks like he waifu'd the Sun, since you can see mars and earth in the background I think
