The PA issues are now before the SCOTUS. Justice Alito has ordered that any ballots received after 8pm on election day are to be segregated and secured and if counted, counted separately.

That's great news!!!

Yep... the President has a pretty strong case for PA because the court ruling about accepting ballots after 8pm on election day violates legislative law in PA

And the court did not have the authority to do an end run around the law that the legislature made..

And since the courts did not try or argue to overturn that law, but rather simply ignored it and legislated from the bench, I can see a path to where ALL of the ballots received after the 8pm election day deadline being tossed out

Under the US constitution ONLY the legislature can make state election laws... not the courts
