Sadly in California's case they were wise enough to kick it back to the legislature, and the legislature changed it's rules to reflect Newsallini's tyranny. That's the mistake that PA made... they did not kick it back to their legislature to have them change their rules to reflect the curt's illegal legislation from the bench

Yep... It's disgusting what they have tried to do. And now it's so blatantly obvious why they all tried to change their election laws via the courts just 90 days before an election. This was PLANNED.
