From what I have heard, the FBI has been investigating Hunter Biden for about a year. Whether or not they do anything I guess we will have to wait and see

Kind of but they are not investigating it because they would have found out a lot more things but they haven’t talked about it for around 3 weeks to a month.

We have no way to know if they are investigating it or not.

We know that the laptop is in their possession. And we know there is evidence there. But since none of us works for the FBI or has contacts in the FBI we don't have any way of know how far into an investigation they might be

We can't assume anything. All we can do is wait and see

What I DO know is that if Biden gets into office, he will likely use its power to pardon his son. And that would be a reprehensible abuse of the powers of the president. So let all keep praying that Biden is not allowed to steal this election

Does anyone know if the president's attorneys have appealed the 3rd circuit decision to the SCOTUS yet??

As far as the 3rd circuit... I am not really surprised. She is obviously a rhino and can be dealt with later. they will appeal to the SCOTUS and hopefully the SCOTUS will rule according to the law and the preponderance of evidence.

And remember everyone, the state legislatures can also take action... and they do not need the approval of the courts or election officials to do so.

I have considered that. A class action lawsuit might be in order. And I am sure that there are plenty of good attorneys out there who could take that case.
