My sister told me about someone she knows in California. He and his friend were waiting in a long line to get a COVID test so they could travel. To expedite the process, people were handing out the forms for the COVID tests so that those waiting in line could have them filled out by the time they reached the front of the line. The same COVID test employees would collect any forms that were completed. These two guys completed and turned on their forms, got tired of waiting in line and left WITHOUT getting tested. They both received results in the mail that they were COVID POSITIVE!
