Well depends of the structures if it's all old houses and buildings there might be some damage. For example hurricane usually tears apart wooden houses but solid concrete just laughs at it, I know as we often have northern winds that can blow up to 130mph for few days straight and nothing ever happens as all the building where I live are solid concrete.
