@Newey yes this is new. Wiki dropped some new stuff last week but only got 4mb out before their server was overwhelmed. They’ve been expanding their bandwidth since. This is the major drop we’ve been waiting for.

I laid out a timeline to someone in dm last night, I’ll copy and paste: My understanding is that Wikileaks is trying right now to expand their bandwidth to drop everything at once. When that happens it’s a piece of cake for ECW to declass everything, cause it’s already in the public purview. And he can get other stuff declassified as well
